1 Acceptance of Terms

Xx5.world ("Platform", "we", "us") is operated by xx5 Limited. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and xx5. By registering, logging in, or using any service on this platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the original English version of the document shall prevail. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the xx5 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 Years years old.
• You must hold a valid national ID or passport in your own name.
• Online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited in your area of residence.
• You are opening this account for yourself, of your own free will — not under anyone's pressure.
• You are in good mental health and fully capable of making informed decisions.

Xx5 reserves the right to request a copy of your ID at any time for age verification purposes. If a minor opens an account in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user is entitled to only One can open an account. If the same person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits and withdrawals on xx5 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from another person's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of any suspicious activity.

Xx5 does not charge any transaction fees; however, the payment gateway may apply its own charges.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Xx5 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. By claiming any of these offers, the following terms will apply:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money through betting.
• Xx5 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• One bonus offer per household or address may be used only once.

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming activities on xx5:

• You must have sufficient balance in your xx5 wallet before placing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Xx5 reserves the right to void any bets placed under abnormal odds or conditions resulting from a technical error.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, phishing, or any attempt to compromise platform security

• Betting with credit card funds or borrowed money
